Beginning on February 20, 2024 the RSA Board Meetings will be held on the THIRD Tuesday of each month at 12:30pm at the Ridgway Library.  Meeting changes or cancellations will be posted on this website.

NOTICE OF SUBMISSION AND PUBLIC HEARING ON THE

OCRSA 2024 PRELIMINARY BUDGET

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 2024 Preliminary Budget has been submitted to the Ouray County Regional Service Authority Board of Directors. A copy of said proposed budget is available for public inspection at www.ouraycountyrsa.org and clicking 23.09.19 Preliminary Budget 2024 and 23.09.19 Preliminary Budget 2024 with Prop HH.

FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Ouray County Regional Service Authority will conduct a Public Hearing to consider the proposed budget at a regular RSA Board of Directors meeting, to be held at the Ridgway Public Library in Ridgway, Colorado, at 12:30pm on November 14, 2023.

Any interested elector of the said district may inspect the proposed budget and file or registered any objections thereto at any time prior to the final adoption of the budget.

The Regional Service Authority would like to thank the voters of Ouray County for passing a 3/8 mil levy during the 2020 election.  This funding is essential for the health and wellness of our area.  Thank you for your support of this valuable Ouray County resource!

The Ouray County Regional Service Authority announces that it will place a mill levy initiative on the 2020 ballot.  The RSA’s current mill levy expires in December 2020.  Approval of a new mill levy will allow the RSA to continue to help ensure primary medical care is available in Ouray County.
