In an effort to promote openness and transparency, the Ouray County Regional Service Authority is providing a mid-level view of the RSA budget for the past 5 years.  The RSA has been diligent in carefully stewarding tax payer funds by limiting RSA operational expenses, and investing in infrastructure and building maintenance.
